Lead times for each item are stated on the item description.

I send everything within the UK via Royal Mail Second Class Recorded, this will require a signature. 

International shipping times vary by destination. It is sort of anyone's guess when an international package will arrive, usually it is within 2 weeks - HOWEVER all countries do things differently in customs and such, so let's leave some wiggle room just in case!

If an item has been delayed in arrival, please let me know! No refunds or replacements will be made until six weeks of non delivery from date of shipment has passed. This is because it can take up to six weeks for international orders to arrive at their destination due to customs and other such. And it might end up getting there safe and sound! 

If an order within the UK goes off the radar, and 21 days have passed with no delivery I can offer you a refund or a replacement. 

Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me! I might ask you to send a photo and describe the condition of the item and the packaging so I can be better prepared in the future.

If an item is being shipped directly to a friend or loved one, please let me know! I am happy to include a gift note if you'd like, please just leave this info for me with your order.

As a seller I am not responsible for any fees your country may charge for you to receive the package. Please be aware that some countries charge customs fees.

Your item  will be delivered to you carefully wrapped in coloured tissue paper inside of mailing bag/envelope/box (depending on quantity ordered).

Refunds & Exchanges -

If a return is taking place, buyer is responsible for shipping costs both ways. I will not refund the shipping-to-you cost. (Unless of course the return is a result of a damaged item.)

Item must be received and in perfect condition before refund is issued. You will be refunded purchase price minus any incurred fees.

Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of item arrival to you! 

Custom orders are NOT returnable. Due to the personalized, made-to-order nature of custom work, I simply cannot accept these items back. If I have sent you the wrong thing, that's a different situation and please contact me if such a situation occurs. 

Keep in mind I am doing my best, but I do this on my own so please be patient as I work to make all orders promptly and accurately.

All items in my shop are original works - my photos, text, and products belong to me and are my copyrighted intellectual property.

OTHER INFORMATION

Please be aware that while I do my best to photograph the colours true to life, all monitors display colours differently. please allow some variation between what you see on your screen and what you see in real life.

All of my embroideries are entirely hand stitched by myself, and all of my crochet items are entirely hand crocheted by myself. I believe this makes each and every one completely unique.

All of my toys are fully CE tested and are suitable from birth onwards.
